The Rutherford County Courthouse Museum on May 16. 2023, formally accepted the physical and digital displays created by Life Scout Rachel Oppmann to commemorate the courthouse as the site of the formal chartering ceremony to create one of the nation's first all-girl units in Scouts BSA on Feb. 1, 2019.
